Meeting venue
The meeting will take place at the Lecture Theatre Building (LT, Block 23), located on the Stag Hill Campus of the University of Surrey in Guildford, Surrey (GU2 7XH).

The campus is conveniently situated just a 15-minute walk from Guildford train station, which is well connected with regular services from London Waterloo, Portsmouth, and Reading.
Local bus routes also serve the University, the train station, and the wider Guildford area.
For those travelling by car, the campus is easily accessible via the A3 and is clearly signposted.
Accommodation
​The accommodation is located on the Stag Hill Campus—just minutes from the meeting venue and close to the beautiful campus lake.
Check-in is available from 15:00 at Stag Hill (Senate House) Reception, the location of which is detailed on the map below.​​​​​
Reception is open as follows:
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00-17:00
Sunday - closed.
Should you need any assistance out of opening hours security can be contacted by using the buzzer located outside Stag Hill reception or by calling +44 (0)1483 682002.

The check-out should be completed by 09:00 on the day of departure, again with our team at the Stag Hill Reception.

Parking
Parking is available in the North car park (Permit holder) indicated on the map.
All vehicles and their contents are left at the owners’ risk, the University of Surrey takes no responsibility for any loss or damage.
Please make sure you do not park in the pay and display car park as this is managed under separate guidelines
