BSMB 2025 Programme Overview
 

The BSMB Autumn 2025 meeting “Uncovering the Matrisome: Advances and Trends in Matrix Research” will be held on 2–3 September 2025 at the University of Surrey.

The event opens with a satellite career-focused session on the morning of September 2, followed by the main scientific programme featuring five thematic sessions. Topics include matrisome biology, single-cell omics, development and disease, novel investigative tools, and proteomics.

Keynote speakers include Prof. Alexandra Naba, Prof. Valerio Izzi, Prof. Irit Sagi, and Dr. Suneel Apte, alongside selected short talks and poster presentations. Networking opportunities, a conference dinner, and trade exhibitions will complement the scientific content.
